Vision Statement
To afford the most vulnerable student as well as the most capable student an opportunity to learn and progress at the highest levels so that upon high school graduation, he/she will be able to successfully complete college and/or enter into the workforce.
Areas for Improvement
- Graduation rate is 78.3%
- Recapture level 3 status or better for all schools
- Persons age 25+, 55.1% have high school diplomas
- Persons age 25+, 10.6% have bachelor’s degrees
Improvement Theory
If the Quitman County School District can implement pre and advanced placement programs, the International baccalaureate program and the dual enrollment program, - we will increase the academic rigor in our school district.
